"Lullaby of Bird Land"

Winner of the Festival’s Spotlight competition, sings.  “SPOTLIGHT!” was the recent activity sponsored by the Festival discovering talented vocalists and comedians.

Lindsay Daniels is a 17 year old senior at Oxnard High School. She is very active in various activities both in and out of school. She is section leader and Vice President in her school's Vocal ensemble, She is also Vice President of the Drama club. Lindsay enjoys performing because each time she sings she is sharing her love of music with the audience. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, acting and hanging out with friends. She recently played "Vi Moore" in her high school's production of Footloose and is currently playing "Anita" in West Side Story at her high school as well. After graduation Lindsay plans to attend the University of the Arts in Philledelphia and major in vocal performance. Her goal in life is to become a proffessional singer and entertainer. She would like to thank God, family and friends for always believing in her and encouraging her to do her best.
