Bonnie Weiss has
lived in L.A. all her life. She
graduated from UCLA as a teacher and taught at Beverly Vista
Elementary School before studying dance at the age of 28, her life
long dream. She soon became the soloist for Maya Kyla Drucker's
company, 'Dance Workshop of the Pacific,' performing for many years
while teaching children and adults.
At 40 she gave her first solo concert.
Bonnie is the author of "With My Other Hand," and is
also a pianist and composer. Her
latest album, "Paris Carousel" is a collection of original
songs and arrangements. Bonnie
taught modern dance in her studio for the last 45 years and owes the
ability to dance at her age to studying the Alexander and Feldenkreis
Techniques. She enjoys
presenting concerts that encompass music, poetry and dance. Married to
Maurice, an actor and musician, for 50 years, they have two children
and two grandchildren.
