Determined not to let motherhood put an end to her acting career, Barbara Cole wrote and performed her first one woman show about becoming a new mother in 1995, The Rocking Chair Riddle.  Despite rave reviews, motherhood put an end to her acting career... until a decade later when she performed "Surviving Chrysalis," the sequel to RCR, about finding yourself again in the turmoil of mid life.  Chrysalis took the "Best of Fest" Award at the San Diego Actors Festival.  Stage Credits: Beauty Fiction, The Art of Being, and Expressing Motherhood.  Film:  Casualties, Like Mother Like Death, The Greater Meaning of Water,  TV: The Ex List. Barbara is also the founder and director of the non-profit organization, "Project Lean and Green Schools," dedicated to saving lives and the planet by teaching kids about healthy and green food choices.  She dedicates her performance to her hot husband and cool kids.
