Mari Weiss is a
member of the writing/performing collective The Quarterly Report that
has regularly performed their original work at evidEnce Room, The
Space at Fountain’s End, Fake Gallery, and the West Hollywood Book
Fair. A native of
Chicago, she has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Illinois State
University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln. In
Chicago she worked with such companies as Steppenwolf, Court Theatre,
and many others before hitting it big as Alice in the cult hit The
Real Live Brady Bunch, which took her to New York and Los Angeles.
She has also
performed her original work for Comedy Central's Sit 'N Spin, 15
Minutes of FEM, Women's Night Out and Big News at ImprovOlympic. She
is a regular performer in Slideshow! at Fake Gallery.
Weiss’
TV credits include: CSI, Boston Legal, Desperate Housewives, ER,
Without A Trace, NYPD Blue and Judging Amy.
