Atalee Judy is a
Choreographer, Dancer, Athlete, Director, Singer, Costumer, Fine
Artist, Graphic Artist, Web Designer, Set Maker, and Punk Rocker. Her
list of creative ventures and performances in Chicago span over 15
years. Judy is Artistic Director and Founder of Breakbone Dance
Company, established in 1996. With
a BA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Columbia College
(1994), Atalee has served as an adviser for other independent
choreographers and has been commissioned to choreograph, teach and
perform for established performance companies in Chicago.
Her
work has taken her to perform nationally as well as in Europe, Canada,
Russia and South America. Atalee has created a niche for her company
by blurring the boundaries between dance, theater, martial arts,
